It will take a massive joint effort – and new money – to give our towns and villages a brighter future. I’ve already attended a meeting with businesses, concerned individuals and elected representatives in Cleckheaton and heard the brilliant ideas they have for their part of the constituency. Over the summer I will be in all our town centres having discussions about what practical steps we can all take to improve our quality of life.
